is a free SALONGENIUS service that
allows you to compare your salon’s performance with other SALONGENIUS users regionally and also completely
anonymously!
The tileGENIUS index holds key performance
indicators such as the salon’s quality mark, no shows, return rate, retail
percentage, technical percentage, busy percentage, average bill and more. This makes
it easier to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your salon and to
adjust your performance accordingly. The live tiles are colour coded against
the key performance indicators so you can quickly see how your salon is
performing.
